Facilities
- CPCSEA approved animal house facility
- HPLC with PDA and fluorescence detector.
- lntracerebroventricular (i ,c.v.) drug delivery and CSF aspiration in rodents using Stereotaxic apparatus and Nanomite pump.
- Real time Polymerase Chain Reaction based Equipments both semi-quantitative PCR and RTqPCR.
- Zebra fish and Drosophila Experimental facility.
- Physiological data acquisition system like, 8 and 4-channel Power Lab data acquisition system with Spirometry, ECG, NIBP, IBP, NCV, isolated muscle preparation nerve electro physiology measurements etc
- Protein quantification and characterisation through western blot, gel electrophoresis and gel documentation system.
- Dedicated mammalian cell culture facility for Cell Proliferation and Cytotoxicity studies.
