Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis Department

Established in 2012, the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis brings another dimension to specialized research arena at Bombay College of Pharmacy. The department is actively involved in training students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The department offers Master of Pharmacy Course in Pharmaceutical Analysis which is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education, Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State and the University of Mumbai for an intake of 15 students per year. The Department has state-of-the-art laboratories, supported by good infrastructure and welltrained faculty.

Funding, Collaborations and Technology transfer:

The departmental faculty received substantial funding from government agencies namely All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), University Grants Commission (UGC), Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Department of Science & Technology (DST), National Medicinal Plants Board, Department of AYUSH and University of Mumbai for research projects and travel
